If Your Spouse Receives a Bonus

• Courts will treat bonuses differently from case to case. They will consider if bonuses are given regularly.
• Annual bonuses would not be calculated in Child Support in regards to fairness to the spouse receiving them. About 15-28 percent of the bonus would be given to the spouse, along with proof of what the bonus was.
