We will guide you through the steps necessary to settle the estate, helping you prepare an inventory of assets, obtain valuations of property (if required), pay all last debts of the estate, satisfy any tax obligations and distribute property in accordance with the terms of the will. We will also represent the interests of the estate in probate litigation, should the will be contested.
