It is our office policy that every client has the right to communicate with us as soon as possible. Generally if it’s an email it will be answered within minutes. If it’s phone call, it will be returned in no more than 24 hours. We try to set up times that are good for our clients keeping in mind their work schedules and their own personal schedules. When we do set up phone conferences, my client has their own questions ready, they know that I’m going to be calling. They know what they want to ask me, and it’s a much more efficient use of their time and my time in terms of incurring attorney’s fees. Not all questions can be answered by email. Sometimes it requires more in-depth discussion, but my email is checked constantly. I’m available to all of my clients on a 24/7 basis.
