Bristol County Mediated Divorce Attorney Explains How Mediation Can Help Arguments

As a dedicated Bristol County Mediated Divorce Attorney, I am often asked how mediation can help arguing spouses.  Mediation can work for people going through a divorce no matter what stage they are in.  In the beginning of the divorce process, many people are upset and angry, especially when bringing up the history of the marriage.  As an experienced Bristol County Mediated Divorce Attorney, I will help redirect upset spouses to the real issues at hand, which is creating agreements between their financial and parenting disputes.

If one spouse appears to be extremely angry with the other during the mediation, we will take a timeout for a few moments.   Our mediator might talk to the spouse individually to see what their concern is, and move beyond the anger between the spouses.

Are you faced with a rough divorce, and think that mediation might relieve some of the tension?  Contact our experienced Bristol County Mediated Divorce Attorney to help you.
